    What happens in the workshop?

    Working in close partnership with you, we’ll:

    • Create an introductory session to bring everyone in the room up to the same starting point in terms of their behavioural insights knowledge
    • Analyse the background of the problem you’d like to solve
    • Understand as much as we can about your goals and desired outcomes
    • Get to know who the workshop participants will be and what each of their roles and responsibilities are
    • Prepare some facilitated sessions to help you work through your specific business challenge using behavioural insights
    • At the end of the workshop, you’ll have some agreed decisions and action plans that you can work on implementing as soon as you’re ready to do so – or we can also assist you with implementation too, if you would like us to.

    This is for you if:

    • You want to actively share some common language and tools with your team, so you can work together to become a behavioural business
    • You have a specific communications campaign, business problem or context that you’d like to apply behavioural insights to and would like some help with bringing your team along the journey with you
    • You would appreciate someone helping to facilitate the use of behavioural insights as part of your approach, while you build your confidence in this new area.
